Registration is currently open via EventReg; click here to begin your registration. Please note that the Quantico Marine Base (MCBQ) requires additional information beyond that collected by EventReg for participants to enter the Base. Participants without a US military retired or DOD CAD (over the age of 18) will to need to complete an additional form. The registration procedure is therefore:

Step 1: All participants register using EventReg (and receive a confirmation number from EventReg).

Step 2: Submit the MCBQ-required information using your confirmation number via this form (for everyone 18 or older and without a US military retired or DOD CAC; one submission per individual).

Refund policy
100% refund before October 1, 2017.
50% refund before October 22, 2017.
No refunds thereafter.

Timing System
The SPORTident (SI) electronic timing system will be used. Participants may use their own SI card or rent one when they register.

SI card rental: $2.00 per day
Replacement fee for lost SI card: $40.

No recreational courses will be offered.

Child Care
Child Care will not be offered by QOC for this event. We will however honor requests by parents and/or guardians for split start times to accommodate child care needs.

Orienteering Gear Vendors
We have reserved space at the Headquarters Hotel, Hampton Inn, for orienteering vendors to set-up sales booths. Please contact Karla Hulett to reserve your space. You will be co-located with the Q3 Registration Desk and the OUSA Board Meeting from Friday, November 10, starting at 3:00 pm to Saturday, November 11, ending at 7:00 pm. Due to competition venue restrictions on outside sales, there will be no sales opportunities during the competition. 

QOC is a non-federal entity. It is not part of the Department of Defense or any of its components and it has no governmental status.
